Job summary

PolicyMe is seeking a licensed P&C advisor based in Ontario to educate customers on home and auto options via PolicyMe's digital platform. You will manage a high-volume inbound pipeline, closing policies by phone, SMS and email.

This remote-first team values CRM excellence, performance, and continual process improvement. You may work from home or in our Toronto office, with stock options based on performance and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Licensed P&C advisor in Ontario with RIBO Level 1 or higher and 3+ years of personal lines sales experience.
• Builder mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets and improving sales processes.
• Strong CRM skills (HubSpot preferred) and a consultative, customer-first approach.
