Job summary

Phreesia Network Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This remote role is based in the NYC/commutable area, and you’ll help shape how we prospect, engage, and generate pipeline for life sciences partnerships.

You’ll research accounts, build multi-channel outreach, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with Client Experience to ensure smooth handoffs. A Bachelor’s degree and interest in SaaS, healthcare, and complex B2B sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous business development, sales, or related professional experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Research strategically to understand organizational priorities and develop insights for sales conversations.
• Build personalized, multi-channel outbound campaigns using our sales tech stack.
• Identify new opportunities through outbound prospecting and qualify inbound interest from marketing, events, content, and paid programs.
• Partner with Client Experience to engage existing relationships and ensure smooth handoffs for qualified opportunities.
• Support RFIs, account planning, and strategic deliverables for high-priority prospective customers.
• Continuously improve processes and share best practices to enhance team effectiveness.
