Job summary

Phreesia Network Solutions is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to build the growth engine. This remote role is based in the NYC/commutable area, with a base salary of $70,000–$75,000 USD depending on experience.

You will conduct strategic account research, craft personalized outreach, generate and qualify pipeline, and collaborate with Client Experience to nurture prospects and hand off opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous business development, sales, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research strategically to understand priorities and craft insights for conversations.
• Build personalized multi-channel outreach using our sales tech stack.
• Generate and qualify pipeline from outbound and inbound interest.
• Collaborate with Client Experience to engage existing relationships and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Contribute to RFIs, account planning, and strategic deliverables.
• Identify process improvements and share best practices.
