Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a results-driven Business Development Representative for a remote sales role focused on outbound lead generation and client acquisition.

This position involves engaging decision-makers, booking meetings for senior sales teams, and maintaining CRM data while expanding into UK/US markets. A strong background in marketing services and proven outbound experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BDR/SDR or sales within a marketing or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of marketing services (SEO, PPC, social, content).
• Experienced with outbound sales, cold outreach, and lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Identify and engage potential clients in need of marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).
• Book high-quality meetings for senior sales team members or Account Executives.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and pipeline data.
• Research target markets, industries, and companies to personalize outreach.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
