Job summary

Medius is seeking a Business Development Representative II for the EAST region in a fully remote setup. You will own a territory, run multi-channel outreach to finance leaders, qualify opportunities, and partner with Account Executives to build durable pipelines while focusing on quality over activity.

The role offers credible discovery conversations, collaboration with AEs, and a clear path from BDR II to senior roles within a globally respected AI-powered spend management company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a sales development, business development, or comparable outbound role.
• Proven success with cold outbound and meetings-based targets.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach to senior finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of named, mid-market or enterprise accounts and plan penetration.
• Run multi-channel outbound to finance leaders and IT decision-makers.
• Partner with Account Executives for joint account planning and clean handoffs.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and build effective outreach sequences.
