Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Business Development Representative to join a growing Sales team and win new clients for our AI-powered Accounting Transformation Platform. The role is remote with a Berlin office hub as a local presence for the Germany team. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

You will develop client problem understanding, build prospect lists, and drive outreach to convert prospects into qualified demos for Account Executives. Fluency in German and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an understanding of client problems and FloQast solutions.
• Create prospecting lists via internet sources, social media, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Meet or exceed activity targets for sales including calls, emails, social outreach, qualifying calls, and scheduling demos.
• Document activities in CRM systems.
• Communicate effectively with Account Executives, marketing and sales management.
