Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing sales team, focusing on new client acquisition for our AI Accounting Transformation platform. You will engage with finance and accounting leaders, including CFO offices, to uncover challenges and position FloQast solutions.

This is a remote role with commission opportunities (OTE $85,000–$95,000). The base pay range is $60,000–$70,000, and candidates with audit/accounting experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business opportunities and build rapport with senior executives at potential clients.
• Develop understanding of client barriers and present FloQast solutions.
• Create prospecting lists using internet sources, social media, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Build outbound communication strategies for sales prospecting (phone, email, social).
• Meet daily/weekly activity targets: conversations with key influencers, qualifying calls, and scheduling demos.
• Track activities in Salesforce and collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Management.
