FloQast is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team, helping to acquire new clients for our AI-powered Accounting Transformation platform. You will engage senior finance leaders, qualify opportunities, and drive demos for Account Executives.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years in a customer-facing role who wants to start a sales career. You will use Salesforce to track activities and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business opportunities and outreach to senior executives
• Understand client barriers and map FloQast solutions
• Build robust prospecting lists from multiple sources
• Develop outbound communication strategies (phone, email, social)
• Meet or exceed activity targets for conversations, qualifying calls, and demos
• Track progress in Salesforce
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Management
