Job summary

Cyera in Chicago is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand the user base and qualify B2B prospects through outbound campaigns, inbound management, and strategic outreach across phone, email, and social channels.

You will learn Cyera’s data security platform, engage with mid- to senior-level executives, and collaborate with Enterprise Sales to exceed daily and quarterly targets in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong communication skills.
• Results-driven with a metrics-driven track record.
• Willingness to learn and grow a sales career.
• Self-motivated with high energy and persistence.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce and other sales tools to build lead lists and craft outbound messaging.
• Prospect accounts in your territory to generate qualified leads.
• Initiate conversations with key decision makers at target companies.
• Manage inbound inquiries and lead flow.
• Learn Cyera Data Security Platform and track industry trends.
• Aim to exceed daily activity and pipeline targets.
• Engage in high-level conversations with mid- and senior-level executives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to line up named accounts.
• Be proactive in learning and improving performance.
• Work from Cyera’s Chicago office.
