Qualifications

• Genuine interest in sales or business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with outreach and hearing "no" without losing energy.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time in a remote environment.
• Curiosity about tech, real estate or hospitality.
• Experience in SaaS, real estate or hospitality is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify short term rental owners and property management companies.
• Reach out through email, phone and LinkedIn to start conversations.
• Run structured discovery to understand their goals and pain points.
• Explain clearly how PX AI STR Accounting audits and fixes accounting issues, and reduce daily work (pxaccounting.com).
• Guide interested decision makers at property management companies through our 14 day trial and onboarding process.
• Coordinate with the PX team to get new users live on the platform.
• Keep your pipeline organized and report on activity and results.
