Job summary

Flai is seeking a Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing AI-native platform for car dealerships. You’ll own outbound prospecting, qualify inbound interest, and help build the revenue engine by connecting the founders, AEs, and the market.

Qualifications

• Around 1 year of BDR or SDR experience in SaaS. You've done this before and you were good at it.
• A track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline targets. You don't miss.
• A sharp, confident communicator on phone, email, and in person.
• High ownership mentality; you solve problems without waiting for direction.
• Energized by ambiguity; you thrive in fast-moving environments.
• Automotive experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Be the catalyst behind every deal; the first voice prospects hear and the reason pipeline exists.
• Own outbound prospecting across dealerships and dealer groups: cold outreach, sequencing, and pipeline generation.
• Serve as the connective tissue between founders, AEs, and the market; inform sales strategy from frontline feedback.
• Qualify and respond to inbound interest and move leads through the funnel with urgency.
• Book and conduct discovery calls that convert to demos and set AEs up to close.
• Collaborate with founders on messaging and ICP refinement.
