Our partner is a fast-growing data-enrichment company building its sales-development function from scratch and hiring two founding BDRs. This ground-floor role offers a clear stepping stone to an Account Executive seat for a hungry, high-energy person early in their career who wants to outwork everyone and earn their way up fast.

Responsibilities include high-volume outbound (100+ dials per day), booking qualified meetings, researching accounts, and learning the full sales motion with a path

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; recent grads welcome.
• Relentless work ethic and hustle with a positive attitude.
• Strong academic record and/or standout side projects and a track record of success.
• Clear ambition to grow into an AE role.
• Able to work remote in San Francisco.
• Based in the United States and able to work remotely (this role is not tied to a specific office).

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume outbound (100+ dials per day) with energy and a great attitude.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Research accounts and personas to sharpen targeting.
