Hubexo, a software provider for the global construction industry, is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new sales across North America.

This remote role offers a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 with generous commission accelerators and a clear path to promotion, plus health and retirement benefits.

You will prospect, cold call, email, and use LinkedIn to generate meetings, manage a warm pipeline, and learn the skills to advance within the sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within your territory to identify and research high-value targets.
• Utilize our sales stack to perform daily cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to create new opportunities.
• Generate meetings by calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and occasional live events to qualify prospects.
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads with regular follow-up and engagement.
• Identify best practices and refine your prospecting approach as you grow.
• Measure results with your manager and optimize performance.
