Job summary

Vyne is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound calls and qualify inbound leads for practice consultations. You will manage Salesforce activity, learn Vyne Dental product value, and collaborate with Revenue Advisors to convert MQLs into qualified opportunities.

The role is fully remote in the United States, with eligibility for residents of Utah, Indiana, Georgia, or Tennessee. Relevant experience in dental billing or revenue cycle management is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school or higher education or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 years inside sales call center experience preferred.
• Experience in dental billing or practice management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make approximately 80 daily contact attempts from target lists and MQLs.
• Qualify and schedule practice consultations with Revenue Advisors.
• Accurately track activities and notes in Salesforce.
• Participate in meetings and share sales techniques with the team.
• Attend training to gain product and value understanding.
• Stay informed on competitors and industry trends.
• Review and approve monthly commission statements promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet sales and retention goals.
