Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare or dental.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with dental offices in your territory through outreach and virtual engagement.
• Deliver compelling product presentations, coordinate virtual demos, and educate on vVARDIS products.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed personal and team goals.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, sales activity, and pipeline.
• Collaborate with field sales, customer service, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support sales campaigns and initiatives to maximize territory performance.
• Other duties related to the Inside Sales Manager position.
