Huzzle Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Representative to independently build and execute an outbound prospecting process, engaging US business owners, and consistently generating qualified sales meetings.

Your primary responsibility will be to fill the founder's calendar with 15-minute discovery calls with owners and key decision-makers. You will research targets, craft personalized outreach, and manage activities in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound sales experience, specifically booking meetings over the phone for US-based companies.
• Proven experience building an outbound sales process from scratch, including lists, sequences, scripts, and outreach strategies.
• Daily use of AI tools for prospect research, personalization, and follow-up writing.

Responsibilities

• Work through targeted lists of US-based business owners and research each company before contacting.
• Proactively contact owners, navigate gatekeepers professionally, and generate interest in data solutions.
• Book qualified 15-minute discovery calls with business owners and decision-makers.
• Record all calls and follow-ups in the CRM on the same day.
• Submit daily activity reports with dials, conversations, and meetings booked.
