Job summary

Energy Project Partners, LLC is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead owner’s-representation project management for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects. Responsibilities span the full lifecycle from development through turnover to operations, embedded with the PMS team.

The role requires overseeing on-site execution, contract and vendor management, safety, and QA/QC while coordinating diverse stakeholders. Travel to project sites is involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent
• 5+ years of engineering/construction/project management experience; renewable energy experience required
• Ability to read technical designs, studies, and specifications and manage multiple projects
• Experience managing contracts, schedules, budgets, and change management

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site project activities across EPC/OEM contracts and vendors
• Oversee owner’s on-site quality-control team and ensure QA/QC compliance
• Coordinate stakeholders including landowners, agencies, and contractors throughout the lifecycle
• Manage pre-construction design input, risk analysis, and constructability reviews
• Develop and distribute monthly construction status, schedule, and cost reports
• Mentor junior project managers and support policy/process improvements
• Closeout, turnover to O&M, and lessons-learned documentation
