Job summary

Organoid Solutions seeks a results-driven Business Development professional to lead commercial growth of our organoid service portfolio across North America and Europe. This remote role requires about 40% travel and close collaboration with our teams in South Korea and across major pharma, biotech, CRO, and academic customers.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop strategic relationships, forecast revenue, and help promote biologics services where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or related field.
• 2–5 years in business development, technical sales, or account management in pharma, biotech, CRO, CDMO, or life sciences.
• Track record of closing complex scientific or technical sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial growth of organoid services across North America and Europe.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline via outreach, conferences, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with South Korea science/tech teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Travel ~40% for customer visits and events.
• Support promotion of biologics services within the CDO team.
