Job summary

Boston Institute of Biotechnology LLC seeks an experienced Business Development Associate Director/Director to lead European sales initiatives for biologics development and manufacturing. This remote/field-based role requires building relationships with C-level stakeholders, opening new accounts, and delivering measurable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in biotech BD, CRO/CDMO experience, fluent English, and a proven hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years in business development/sales in biotech/pharma.
• Experience with CRO/CDMO; proven track record selling complex services.
• English fluency; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert European opportunities; exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with executives to develop European sales strategies.
• Develop strategic accounts and long-term partnerships across biotech/pharma.
• Coordinate with R&D, CMC, Operations, and Marketing to tailor solutions.
• Lead customer discussions and present compelling value propositions.
• Drive opportunities from initial contact to contract execution.
