Job summary

Wetalentia is seeking a Business Development Executive for Transportation & Maritime across the Americas. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and coordinating proposals while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Remote with Miami office meetings and mandatory Miami-based training; relocation assistance is provided. Travel domestically and internationally up to 25–40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Experience selling design, engineering, or other complex professional services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across transportation, mobility, maritime, and related sectors.
• Coordinate proposals, presentations, commercial offers, and client materials.
• Support client meetings, workshops, and negotiations.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline reporting, and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Project Management teams.
