Job summary

Complete Shipping Solutions Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to build strategic client relationships and accelerate revenue growth across the U.S. market.

You will lead the full sales process from initial outreach to onboarding, working remotely and traveling as needed. This role rewards an entrepreneurial hunter-builder mindset, with a base plus commission and opportunities to shape CSS's growth in logistics and technology-enabled services.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales or account management in logistics or related fields.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with US accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
• Launch and scale CSS’s U.S. market and build pipeline.
• Create annual sales plans with monthly targets.
• Collaborate across Claims, Operations and Marketing.
• Attend industry events and client entertainment.
