BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious, growth-focused iGaming business to appoint a Business Development Director. This is a senior, fully remote role at the heart of the company's commercial expansion, open to a well-connected dealmaker who thrives on autonomy and strategic influence.

You’ll own the BD strategy end to end—from identifying high-value opportunities and building a robust pipeline to negotiating and closing deals that move the needle.

Qualifications

• Senior business development experience in iGaming or sports betting.
• Established network across operators, suppliers and affiliates.
• Proven track record of closing strategic B2B deals.
• Strong understanding of regulated markets and licensing landscapes.
• Confident negotiator at executive level.
• Self-motivated with remote-first leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the business development strategy across new and existing markets.
• Identify, negotiate and close strategic partnerships and commercial deals.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline, forecasting revenue against ambitious targets.
• Represent the business at industry events and with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and compliance to bring partnerships to market.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to spot new growth opportunities.
