Responsibilities

• Engage Health Care Professionals in telephone conversations to promote products and maximize selling potential.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs and educate them about product features, benefits, safety and indications.
• Collaborate with client field-based teams and management; may include on-site practice visits for in-services.
• Manage call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness.
• Prepare reports for management as needed.
