Responsibilities

• Engage Health Care Professionals in telephone conversations to promote client products and loyalty program participation.
• Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness.
• Profile and manage targeted accounts to grow product and platform awareness.
• Collaborate with client field sales teams and management.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and Amplity policies.
