Job summary

Amplity, a full-service go-to partner for biopharma, seeks a Business Development Specialist for remote engagement. You will engage Health Care Professionals by phone, promote client products, and drive platform participation to meet client objectives.

The role requires relationship-building and the ability to deliver approved messaging and loyalty program details. The BDS collaborates with client field teams, uses approved tools, and maintains knowledge of products and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel to office sites if needed.
• Willingness to cover all time zones if needed.
• Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.
• Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office and other programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage Health Care Professionals by phone to promote client products and maximize program success.
• Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness.
• Profile and manage targeted accounts to grow product and platform awareness.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain call productivity and KPIs for the program.
• Verify and enter data in CRM systems and report to management.
