Cortica is seeking a BCBA in Arizona for a fully remote role to supervise neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children. You will lead a team of BTs and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes.

This role offers dual bonus opportunities, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, generous time off, CEU stipend, license reimbursement, and comprehensive health coverage, with occasional travel to local Cortica clinics up to twice per month.

Formación

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Must reside in Arizona and be able to travel to Cortica clinics up to twice per month.
• Reliable transportation for required local clinic visits.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empower them to deliver high-quality care.
• Supervise cases and coordinate telehealth when clinically appropriate.
