Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role with travel to nearby Cortica clinics up to twice monthly. The position offers a strong compensation package with a base salary range and productivity bonuses, plus a sign-on bonus.

Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree in human services or related field and be BCBA-certified, residing in Arizona with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
• Must reside in Arizona and be able to travel to local Cortica clinics up to twice per month.
• Reliable transportation for required local clinic visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA clients.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and supervise cases remotely or in person.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team for holistic care and outcomes.
• Balance scheduling and administrative tasks with client care responsibilities.
