Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role based in Arizona. You will oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming, lead BTs, and provide supervision via telehealth as appropriate.

Compensation includes a salary range of $95,772–$120,545 with two bonuses, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, generous PTO, and annual CEU stipends, plus comprehensive benefits and 401(k) matching. Travel to local Cortica clinics is required up to twice per month.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification is required.
• Must reside in Arizona and be able to travel to local Cortica clinics up to twice per month.
• Reliable transportation for required local clinic visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to deliver high-quality care.
• Utilize telehealth when clinically effective and manage scheduling and supervision.
