Cortica in Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role. You’ll lead neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming and supervise behavior technicians, empowering families and children with developmental differences to thrive.

This role offers a compelling package: salary $95,772–$120,545 with an additional 10% productivity bonus, a $7,500 sign-on, up to 22–26 days of PTO, and comprehensive health and life coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Must reside in Arizona and travel to local Cortica clinics up to twice per month.
• Reliable transportation for required local clinic visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for patients receiving therapy.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians and empower them to impact outcomes.
• Ensure scheduling and telehealth when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to deliver integrated care.
