Job summary

Cortica is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role based in Arizona. You will oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming, supervise BTs, and leverage telehealth as appropriate while traveling up to twice per month to local Cortica clinics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Must reside in Arizona and be able to travel to local Cortica clinics up to twice per month.
• Reliable transportation for required local clinic visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
• Schedule and supervise cases via telehealth when clinically appropriate.
