Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role serving children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences. The BCBA will oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming, supervise BTs, and collaborate within a transdisciplinary team to deliver holistic ABA care.

The position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus, two productivity-based bonuses up to 10% of monthly salary, license renewal reimbursement, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Ability to travel to local Cortica clinics up to twice per month.
• Experience with school-age children on the autism spectrum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Supervise behavior technicians (BTs) and empower them to impact lives.
• Utilize telehealth when clinically effective for client care.
• Lead in a transdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
