Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role supporting children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences. You will join a transdisciplinary team delivering neurodiversity-affirming care.

The position offers growth through BCBA level advancement, two separate bonus opportunities, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, and travel to local Cortica clinics up to twice per month, with travel expenses covered.

Formación

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Ability to travel to Cortica clinics up to twice monthly.
• Fully remote role with occasional clinic visits.

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for patients.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to deliver care.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians as needed.
