Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role in East Mesa/Tempe areas. You’ll lead a transdisciplinary team to advance ABA programming for children with autism and related neurodevelopmental differences.

You’ll supervise BTs, coordinate telehealth as appropriate, and contribute to scheduling, documentation, and family collaboration—all while enjoying a strong salary, a first-year bonus, generous time off, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.

• Collaborate with families and clinicians to develop individualized care plans and ensure program effectiveness.
