Job summary

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) remote position with Cortica in Arizona. You will oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming, lead a team of BTs, and utilize telehealth where appropriate to support children with neurodevelopmental differences.

Arizona residents travel to local Cortica clinics up to twice per month; generous benefits include sign-on, paid time off, and CEU support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Must reside in Arizona and be able to travel to Cortica clinics up to twice per month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians (BTs) to deliver care.
• Coordinate telehealth sessions when clinically effective.
• Manage scheduling while admin handles billing and credentialing.
• Support development through BCBA level progression and leadership opportunities.
