Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs for patients across the lifespan. The role offers telehealth, clinic, home, or on-site options to align with the BCBA's preferred work style and patient needs.

The BCBA will supervise RBTs and BCaBA candidates, collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators, and ensure compliance with BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs.
• Deliver direct ABA services as indicated and within scope of practice.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Provide training and feedback to supervisees and ensure session fidelity.
