Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs across the lifespan. The role supports telehealth, clinic, home, and school settings, offering flexible, patient-centered care in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment.

Qualified candidates hold an active BCBA certification with state licensure, a master's degree in ABA or related field, and at least 2 years of ABA experience including supervision.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by state of practice.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBA and skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK) to identify priorities.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals based on assessments.
• Design, implement, modify BIPs using evidence-based ABA methods.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services as indicated within scope of practice.
• Monitore patient progress with data collection and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB requirements.
• Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to supervisees.
