Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs for patients of all ages. Role supports telehealth, clinic, in-home, or school-based settings, aligning with our mission of compassionate, patient-centered care.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs and develop measurable treatment plans, supervise RBTs, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and educators to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with EHR and data collection platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK) to identify treatment priorities.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Design and modify behavior intervention plans (BIPs) using evidence-based methodologies.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services and monitor patient progress with data collection.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates; provide training and feedback.
• Conduct regular session observations to ensure fidelity to treatment plans.
