Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs across ages, collaborating with SLPs, OTs, teachers, and families to ensure individualized, effective care. The role may be performed via telehealth, in-clinic, in-home, or on-site at schools, with flexible scheduling to match patient needs in Texas and beyond.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and supervise ABA therapy programs for patients across the lifespan.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services as clinically indicated.
• Monitor patient progress with data collection and adjust plans accordingly.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB supervision requirements.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators to coordinate care.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to supervisees.
