Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a licensed BCBA to design, implement, and supervise ABA therapy programs across clinics, homes, and schools. You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs within BACB guidelines.

The role requires a BCBA certification, state licensure where required, and a Master's in ABA or related field. Interdisciplinary collaboration and data-driven progress tracking are essential in this flexible, patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise ABA programs.
• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK).
• Develop individualized treatment plans and BIPs with measurable goals.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services as indicated.
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators.
• Supervise RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB supervision rules.
• Provide training and feedback to supervisees.
• Ensure fidelity of treatments across settings.
