Job summary

All Care Therapies is a leading provider of ABA therapy services, delivering care through virtual, in-home, and clinic-based settings. The BCBA will design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs for patients across the lifespan, aligning with BACB standards and patient-centered care.

The role supports flexible delivery: telehealth, clinic, home, or on-site at schools or facilities, ensuring adaptability to patient needs and settings across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Must hold active BCBA certification and state licensure where required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with data-driven treatment planning and supervision of RBTs/BCaBA.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across lifespan.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB standards.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy as clinically indicated.
