Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs for patients across the lifespan. Services may be provided via telehealth, in-clinic, home-based, or school-based settings to match patient needs.

The role requires active BCBA certification, state licensure where applicable, and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, with at least two years of ABA experience including supervision of staff.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across the lifespan.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBA candidates.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA and billing standards.
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
