Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time remote, hourly capacity. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to client locations.

This role reports to Regional Clinical Director and involves supervising RBTs, developing treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families and professionals to ensure ethical, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification by BACB (required)
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years ABA experience with autism
• Proficiency with assessment tools and ABA methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client homes, schools, or sites as needed (20–30% travel).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
