Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote role. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism. Occasional travel to client locations and supervision sites is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable).
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience with autism.
• Proficiency in various assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (20–30%).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
