Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote position. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to client sites. Reports to the Regional Clinical Director.

You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, collect data, and coordinate with families and professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst, if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience with autism.
• Proficiency in assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and support staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client homes/schools/sites roughly 20-30%.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
