Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a highly qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote role. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to client locations.

Reports to: Regional Clinical Director. Requires strong assessment, data collection, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification current with BACB.
• State licensure as applicable in your state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy.
• Proficiency with assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay updated with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client homes/schools/sites as needed (20-30%).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
