Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, hourly remote role. You will design, implement, and supervise ABA services for clients with autism, with travel to client locations about 20–30% of the time.

Hours are scheduled based on client needs and your availability. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collect data, and collaborate with families and professionals to deliver evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism.
• Proficiency in various assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation services to clients and their families.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (approximately 20-30% travel requirement).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
