Job summary

Intercare Therapy seeks a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a full-time hourly remote BCBA. You will design, implement, and oversee behavior analytic services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to client locations and supervision sites.

Reports to Regional Clinical Director. You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, collect data, and stay current with ABA best practices while ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst, if applicable in your state.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience with autism.
• Proficiency in assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families
• Supervise and train RBTs and support staff
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress
• Collaborate with families and professionals
• Maintain documentation
