Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote position. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with supervision and collaboration across clinical teams.

The role requires ongoing client assessments, data-driven progress monitoring, and travel to client locations as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a flexible, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state).
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience with individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultations to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and support staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (20–30% travel).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
