Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote role. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

This position offers flexible scheduling within defined blocks and collaboration with Regional Clinical Directors and the Senior Managing Director, ABA Client Intake, Admissions, and Planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst, if applicable in your state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism.
• Proficiency in various assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation services to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with research and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance.
• Travel to client homes/schools/sites as needed (20-30% travel).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
