Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote position. You will design and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with opportunities to supervise RBTs and collaborate with families.

Occasional travel to client locations and supervision sites is required. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field required.
• BCBA certification from BACB required.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst where applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years' ABA therapy experience with autism.
• Proficiency with assessment tools and ABA methodologies essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs for clients with autism.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and support staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals; maintain documentation.
• Attend team meetings and case reviews; stay current with ABA best practices.
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance; travel 20–30% to client sites.

Education
